Here’s how ASUS ExpertBook adapts to evolving business needs

The ASUS ExpertBook series is a line of business laptops designed for professionals who demand high performance and durability. These laptops come in a range of sizes and specifications to meet the needs of various industries and job roles.

Design and display

Regarding display, the ExpertBook B6 Flip is available with an optional 16-inch 2.5K 16:10 Mini LED touchscreen that supports a resolution of 2560×1600, 500-nit peak brightness, and a color gamut of 100 per cent DCI-P3. This display provides users with a stunning visual experience.

The laptop comes with an optional ASUS MPP2.0 stylus which supports up to 4096 pressure levels, allowing to write, draw an annotate in any supported applications.

Despite its compact form factor, the ExpertBook B6 Flip features a full-sized keyboard with keys that have a wide 19.05mm pitch. This pitch is the same as a desktop PC keyboard and contributes to typing comfort and accuracy.

Performance and security

The ASUS ExpertBook B6 Flip is powered with the latest technology, featuring 12th Gen Intel Core HX-series processors and NVIDIA RTX A2000 Graphics, which deliver top-of-the-line performance for demanding workloads. Additionally, the laptop offers up to 128GB of high-speed DDR5 RAM and up to 2TBx2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe M.2 SSDs, providing users with plenty of processing power and storage space.

The thermal module of the laptop is designed for optimal cooling performance, with six and eight heat pipes and dual 98-blade fans. It also features smart sensors on the motherboard that can detect the temperature of various components in real-time. Based on temperature data, an exclusive algorithm accurately calculates the current power consumption output needs of the CPU, allowing the laptop to achieve optimal power efficiency.

Furthermore, to safeguard personal privacy and business information, the ASUS ExpertBook B6 Flip has an integrated privacy shield that slides over the webcam, ensuring that users can control when and if their camera is in use. The laptop also features a Kensington Lock Slot, which provides an additional level of security by preventing physical theft of the PC from unsupervised locations.

Connectivity

The device is equipped with a range of connectivity options to support fast data transfer and multiple display outputs. It features two Thunderbolt 4 USB-C ports that can handle data transfer speeds of up to 40 Gbps, as well as support for 4K displays, fast charging and next-generation connectivity.

Additionally, the device includes a full-sized HDMI 2.0 port and mini DP port, which enable the laptop to output video to up to three displays with 4K resolution.

Other connectivity options include two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, a 3.5mm audio combo jack, a Smart card reader, and an RJ-45 LAN port with a physical MAC address. This allows for easy connection to wired Ethernet networks and simplified enterprise management of the laptop.
